The standard shower head that came with our camper did not always have the best water pressure. I had read on some blogs about a shower head that lots of RVers really liked available at Camping World. It’s called a Body Spa by Oxygenics. We bought it a couple of months ago and have been very pleased with it. Its supposed to use less water, yet have better pressure.
I don’t know if it actually uses less water, but I think the water pressure is better and you get a better spray. The $30 investment was very well worth it. It did not come in the bronze color of our fixtures, but the white is just fine.
We are finally experiencing some beautiful summer weather. This week has been absolutely delightful! And it hasn’t rained for five straight days. The ground is finally starting to dry out a bit. That makes Kevin happy as mowing has been a real challenge this year due to the wet conditions. The next five days are forecast to be hot and humid with highs in the 90s. I guess I’m getting what I wished for.
Last Friday we saw an unusual site in the sky. Although it wasn’t raining, there appeared to be part of a rainbow between the clouds. I don’t know what this phenomenon is called, but it sure was a pretty site.
With the beautiful weather have come some very pretty sunsets.
Our campsites are almost all reserved again for this weekend. Most of them will be members of a ham radio club that comes the same weekend every year. Although we’ll be full, this group is very easy to deal with. When they arrive, they rig up some antennas in the trees. Then they spend most of their time inside on their radios. Last year they told me there was some type of international event they were participating in. We barely even see anyone.
Don’t wish upon a star – Reach for one!
We have the same shower head and love it...
